Job Context
- This is contractual position to implement WFP funded `School feeding Program` in Cox`s Bazar district. The duration of this project is up to 31st December 2019 and there have a possibility to extend.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the PC, APC, FMs and LFs to produce qualitative and quantitative quarterly reports.
- To prepare database, monthly report, monthly distribution plan accordingly initiate requisition of food aid commodities on monthly basis, which will be sent to Project Coordinator regularly.
- To prepare and send the monthly, quarterly and annually narrative report, incidence report (if any) training and meeting report, etc.
- Review and refine programme monitoring and reporting tools in line with Restless and Development’s M&E system and donor requirements.
- 05. Collect articles, case studies, best practices across projects for evidence gathering and Format so they are suitable for external audiences.
- Provide technical assistance on monitoring and data collection to field officers,
- Ensures that programme field activities and events meet minimum Restless Development Standards in their delivery and planning.
- 08. The post holder will provide data collection, tracking, cleaning and analysis support to the SFP and Administration of research activities.
- To keep adequate contact with the stakeholders teachers, Govt. Officials (DPEO, UEO, AUEO, etc) SMC and community people through regular meeting and field visit to get their feedback on potential problem in operating the programme.
- To fulfill such other function as may be assigned to him/her by the Project Coordinator.

- Familiar with Ms Word, Excel, Access, Power point, KOBO, ODK, Google map, Arc GIS/QGIS.
