- এরিয়া ম্যানেজার/ সমপর্যায়ের পদে (কমপক্ষে ৩ টি শাখা পরিচালনায়) কমপক্ষে ১ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে, মোটর সাইকেল চালানোর বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্টস এবং কম্পিউটারে দক্ষ/ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কার্যক্রম ব্যবহর্য সফ্টওয়ারে কজকরায় অভিজ্ঞ হতে হবে।

- লান্স ভাতা (প্রতি কর্ম দিবসে ৪০/-) এবং বিশেষ ভাতা সহ- চট্রগাম বিভাগের জন্য সর্বমোট= ২৭৮৪০/- টাকা, ঢাকা বিভাগের জন্য সর্বমোট = ২৬৮৪০/- টাকা, অন্যান্ন বিভাগের জন্য সর্বমোট= ২৫৮৪০/- টাকা।
