- Prepare monthly training plan as per DIP
- Develop quality training materials like poster, flip chart etc for training facilitation
- Facilitate training for project beneficiaries and cooperative effectively and efficiency
- Prepare training report
- Assist CF to facilitate quality training delivery related to social and economic area
- Facilitate need base technical training and workshop with different stakeholders and producers organization
- Assist Heifer program team in the field during field visit and share information partnership with private sectors and market actors
- Develop case study and successes stories from the field
- Assist PC to evaluate performance of training and PSRP delivery of CF outcome with documentation.
- Should have valid motorcycle driving license.
